Cedar Falls Bible Conference


Matt Reisetter spent almost every summer of his childhood at the Cedar Falls Bible Conference (CFBC), and has kept coming back ever since. Born and raised in Cedar Falls, graduating from CFHS in 1994, and from UNI in 1998, Matt credits the CFBC in part for his love of preaching.

After college he spent several years as the College Ministry Director at a local church, worked in various capacities at the Iowa Family Policy Center and The Family Leader, was involved with various roles in the political arena, and earned a master’s degree in leadership from Bethel Seminary. 

Currently, he is the US Director for, an online evangelism and discipleship initiative of the Canadian arm of Campus Crusade for Christ. He also serves on the city council for Hudson, Cedar Falls’ neighbor to the south, and is part-owner of Crossroads Fireworks. Boom!

He met Jen Bunting (Montezuma/New Sharon, IA) at UNI and they married in 1999. They have 1 son and 3 daughters: Mason (2004), Jillian (2007), Jentry (2010), and Judah (2013).

Paul and Linda Wehrman

Concert Series Directors

Paul and Linda both graduated from UNI. Paul obtained a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling and has worked at Covenant Hospital as a mental health counselor for 18 years. Linda obtained a Master's Degree in Special Education and Reading. She taught 32 years prior to retirement.

After attending the Cedar Falls Bible Conference for many years, Paul and Linda decided to purchase a cabin on the grounds so they could become more involved at Riverview.  Two years ago there became a need for new members on the Concert Ministry Board.  God nudged them to apply and He has been directing them ever since. 

Their job entails booking music groups, setting up and tearing down for concerts, event promotion, and much more.  Paul and Linda are excited to see what changes and progress God has in store for both Riverview and the Concert Ministries.

Rhonda DeBuhr, Director

Riverview Women's Ministry

Rhonda DeBuhr is Director Riverview Women’s Ministry (RWM) who works with women of all ages to support and encourage growth in their faith and relationships, rooted in the love of Jesus Christ. Rhonda, along with RWM team members, coordinates and facilitates specific relational and fun activities for women that provide opportunities to develop friendships and encourage each other from a spiritual perspective.

Rhonda has a heart for other women, desiring to see them grow in faith and understand how precious and beautiful they are in the sight of their creator-daughters of the King. Rhonda desires to be prayerful, a servant leader, a team player, an encourager, and a humble example of Jesus’ unconditional love to each woman she has the privilege of connecting.

Rhonda is a mature woman who has experienced the joys of being a mother of two, grandmother of two, daughter, sister, and friend. Knowing the Lord Jesus as her personal saviour since age 11, she has experienced many mountain tops and valleys of life, clinging to her heavenly Father because He walked beside her. Practicing  in various roles over a 40-year nursing career, Rhonda has years of experience in leadership, and continues to teach Nursing Leadership & Management as an adjunct professor. .In addition, Rhonda provides leadership in Bible study groups, women’s ministry at her church, and mentoring other women. She has completed the step-study offered through Celebrate Recovery.  She is actively involved in missions with a passion for the people of the Dominican Republic.

Rhonda enjoys the simple things in life through walking, gardening, being in nature, relaxing at the Mississippi River, traveling and spontaneous adventures. Spending time with family brings her great joy.and satisfaction.

Purpose:  To leave a legacy of love, joy, integrity, humor, teaching, caring, sharing, giving, mentoring listening choosing, forgiving, learning.

Steve and Tracy Noyes

Volunteer Coordinators


Steve and Tracy came to a Jake Bolerjack concert at Riverview five years ago and have been involved in Riverview ever since.  Volunteering at Riverview is something they both enjoy doing together. Steve primarily is in charge of keeping the concession stand running smoothly.  Tracy coordinates all of the volunteer staff necessary for any event being held at Riverview.  

Steve and Tracy met at Downing Avenue Gospel Chapel (n/k/a Bethany Bible Chapel) 30 years ago and married in 1994.  They both actively serve at Bethany.  Tracy directs Vacation Bible School and the Christmas program.  She is the Director/Teacher of the TREK girls’ AWANA program.  She is also one of the co-directors for the women’s ministry at Bethany.  

Steve became a Christian as a youth and grew up in a Christian home, while Tracy got saved at the University of Northern Iowa through a campus ministry.  Jesus is the cornerstone of their marriage and family.  Their desire is to exercise their spiritual gifts of administration, teaching and service in their role and bring that service to bring glory to God.
