Do you wear aprons or have memories of Mom or Grandma wearing aprons in the kitchen? Hear Pat’s unique way of bringing God’s word to light through aprons. Enjoy Pat’s display of aprons and the opportunity to model one.

Pat has lived in the great midwest all her life!  She states: “My mother and my grandmother wore aprons daily when I was growing up!  They entertained often, so had different aprons for different occasions!  I had my own aprons as a child and growing up!  I still use aprons, especially when baking!!  Some of my fondest memories are of using aprons at home and elsewhere, with women that were dear to me!!  I enjoy collecting all types of aprons and talking about them!!”

Join us to warm our hearts with God's good Word, great refreshments, music, and each other.  Celebrate God's great love and steady presence.

Title:  Faith for the Journey

Wednesday, August 1, 2018

2:00-4:30 p.m.

Event Center

Through faith we come to know Christ as Savior, but the moment of conversion is not the end of our journey of faith. God calls us to trust Him and stop depending on our own personal perspectives about life as we seek to follow Him with whole hearts. Together we will explore the life of faith and consider the lives of two New Testament women who demonstrated a commitment to walking by faith, not fear. Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge. (Psalm 62:8)
